Fin de semana en Coatza.

La ubicación del hotel en la ciudad, me permitió visitar el centro, el malecón, plazas comerciales y amistades. Las almohadas me parecieron cómodas.

La cama me pareció demasiado dura. El restaurante estaba cerrado el domingo antes de las 9pm.

LA VENTILACIÓN DE LA HABITACIÓN NO ME GUSTÓ PUES NO SE ABRE NINGUNA VENTANA. OLÍA MUCHO A CIGARRO Y COMO EL GUARDAROPA NO TIENE PUERTA, SE IMPREGNÓ EL OLOR DE CIGARRO EN MI ROPA. Cómoda por la camas. Pero no tienen mucha vegetación, recamaras pequeñas y oscuras.

las camas muy cómodas, y limpias. El restaurante aunque pequeño pero muy rico.

La alberca muy fría, los cuartos super obscuros, y habitaciones muy pequeñas diseñadas para la gente llega a hacer negocios, no es muy familiar, nos sentimos ajenos, la alberca super fría.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno, la habitación, la alberca, el tamaño del estacionamiento y que de cortesía nos dieron un coctel en el bar. Me encantó, volvería y lo recomiendo .

Solo hubo un contratiempo con el check in , en su sistema apetecía una habitación de mas y en mi celular en la pagina de booking aparecía otra cosa y me dieron la opción de arreglar el problema que hasta ahorita no entiendo como pasó. En el restaurante la Srita que esta ahí, no dio buen servicio , estaba apurada en cada mesa y al servir el café lo tiraba por querer servir a todos rápido y en cambio el Sr que estaba también de mesero, aunque tenia mesas que atender, si se daba tiempo en atender cada una y no botaba las cosas como la otra mesera

I liked having air conditioning that worked and the room was very clean.

I didn't like that they did not have the double bed room we requested, they gave us a single bed and did not reduce the cost. They also told us that our reservation might not be viable and was unsure if they had any rooms left, but that we were "lucky" one was available, of course they gave it to us after I had to beg her to respect our reservation by booking.com. We also did not have our key available until an hour later, and the staff's attitud was poor because they wanted to go to the salsa festival and were stuck at work. Internet also stopped working the second day. I have stayed at various Best Western with no issues but this location was the exception.

Good place to stay and dinner overnight.

Nice staff and very helpful. Recommended a fab seafood restaurant and managed a cab ride too. Good parking for a motorcycle.

Good location if you have time, but the city is 10 miles off the autopista. The hotel is good.

I would spend the money to return for a cold shower in a partially clean room.

The pool was very clean and easily accessible.

We had two adults and two children. I was told I couldn't have four towels in the room, only the two that ame with the room. I was also under the impression that breakfast was complementary, but we had to pay for extra breakfast because only two were complementary. (This was misleading information on the booking site and the regular hotel website.)
